The Queens of the World Participant Registration Process has three parts and must be followed carefully and correctly. The first part requires providing your personal details, such as contact information and physical appearance details. After submission, the second part requires writing a short introductory article about your background and vision, as well as uploading a 1-minute introduction video and four professional photos that highlight your appearance and physical beauty. The third part is available only to applicants whose application is approved. You will be notified by email and must complete your registration by electronically signing the program Terms and Conditions (Agreement), and paying the National Program fee.

Note: A printed version of the application form is also available for participants who require or prefer a hard-copy submission. Some countries may hold a physical event or formal competition to select their representatives; however, all participants must follow this registration process to be eligible to enter the virtual National Program. The selected National Queens who follow the program steps and demonstrate genuine commitment to their social goals will be invited to represent their country in the Queens of the World International Program. This international program is a physical global event that operates separately from the virtual program and involves additional agreements, fees, and requirements.
