Beautiful Minds, Creating a Beautiful Future
Queens of the World is both a beauty pageant and an empowerment program designed to help young women understand global social, cultural, and political realities. It teaches them to become true Queens—a genuine expression of both inner and outer beauty, strengthened by confidence, elegance, purpose, and insight. Through education and empowerment, the program develops a new generation of role models: capable, aware, and confident women who guide societies toward progress, peace, and a better world for all. The Queens of the World program operates through two integrated pathways: the National Programs and the International Program.
Participants may join the National Programs now and begin their journey as Queens representing their nations, while advancing their social, cultural, and promotional initiatives. The International Program will take place in December 2026, with further details to be announced soon. Empowerment
Empowering Minds, Shaping Society
Empowerment is the process of gaining knowledge, skills, confidence, and self-awareness to take control of one’s life and make informed, responsible decisions. It begins with recognizing personal strengths, understanding rights and responsibilities, and developing the ability to act with purpose and clarity. Personal empowerment focuses on the individual—building confidence, emotional intelligence, and goal-setting skills aligned with personal values—while social empowerment extends beyond the self to promote equality, inclusion, shared responsibility, and positive change within communities. Together, they create a powerful balance in which individuals grow from within while contributing meaningfully to society.
The Personal & Social Empowerment content practiced within the Queens of the World program is based on the Personal & Social Empowerment book written by Mr. George Clooney. This educational foundation supports participants in transforming knowledge into action, helping them develop leadership skills, purpose, and social awareness. Through these principles, Queens of the World aims to empower women not only to succeed personally, but also to lead with responsibility, compassion, and impact in their communities and beyond.
